Quick answers to the questions we hear most — ownership, multiple pages, exporting, cancelling, and more.

Quick answers to the questions we hear most often.

Do I own my site and content?

Yes. Your words, images, and content are yours. If you connect your own custom domain, that domain stays yours too — see connecting a domain you own.

Can my site have more than one page?

Yes — sites can have multiple linked pages. A single, well-organised page works well for many small businesses, but you're not limited to one.

Can I download or export my site as a ZIP?

Yes — on the Pro plan and above. Open your site's Settings and press Download ZIP: you get every page as HTML, the stylesheet, and your photos at full size, in one file that opens in any browser and hosts anywhere. It's your site, complete — no SiteDrop scripts inside, and a short README explaining what you're holding. And it works the other way too: if you already have your own HTML, you can upload it to SiteDrop.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. You can build, edit, and publish everything without touching code — either with AI or the visual editor. See the two editors.

What happens to my site if I cancel?

Your access continues until the end of the period you've paid for, then your account moves to the free plan and paid features (like a custom domain) stop applying. Full details: cancelling or reactivating.

Is there a free plan?

Yes, and it needs no card. Free gives you 1 AI-built site, 25 credits, 5 Lead Finder searches and a 7-day preview window. After the 7 days your site stays online — you just can't edit it until you subscribe. See Plans and what's included and what happens when a preview expires.

Is there a free trial?

No — and nothing takes your card up front. Instead of a trial you get the free plan above, and when you want more you choose a plan and are charged that day. See what's free and when you're charged.
