Can I try before I buy?
Yes. You can preview your site for 24 hours completely free. To keep it live, you can start a 7-day free trial on any plan.
What happens after the 7-day trial?
If you don't cancel before the trial ends, you'll be billed for the plan you selected. You can cancel from your dashboard. See our Terms for details on domain commitment periods.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your dashboard. If you've registered included domains, a 6-month minimum commitment applies to cover registration costs. Contact hello@sitedrop.live for early cancellation.
What happens to my sites if I downgrade?
Your sites stay live. If you’re over the new plan’s limits, you won’t be able to create new sites until you’re under the limit, but nothing gets deleted.
What counts as a ‘site’?
Each deployment counts as one site. A site is a single project (e.g. a portfolio, landing page, or web app) deployed to its own URL.
Can I use my own site name?
Yes, on Basic and above. You choose your name (from Namecheap, GoDaddy, etc.), and we handle the SSL and setup for you.
Is there an annual billing option?
Not yet, but it’s coming soon. Annual plans will save you 20% versus paying monthly.
